alright this is beginning to bug me. yall, miley cyrus does not read these.this is a blog. she isnt going to respond back or tell you how to get famous or give you tickets to her show. you are lucky if she will remember you from the meet and greets.
as for the outfit, i love it. its something thatdoesnt look to celeb, so its casual enough to put your own taste with it. gorgeous.
