We cannot believe that we are saying this - but Paris Hilton was wearing one of our favorite dresses last night at the MTV Movie Awards. Gasp! How could this be???

Her Betsey Johnson Mini Dress is adorable. She calls it her “Strictly Ballroom Dress“, available online at the official Betsey Jonhson website for $440.
