Where has it been - ‘eer, where have we been? Seen On breaks down the looks of various celebrities, mostly from Television shows. If there is something that you see on your favorite tv character, Seen On has it.
For instance, the latest TV show on NBC, Lipstick Jungle has some pretty great fashion accessories seen on the different characters throughout the show.
